Caroline has booked the Rugby club venue for the BBQ Pig, this will be Saturday 13th July from 3pm-7pm.
The cost will be $2500 for the pig and $500 for staff.
it will be a pay as you go bar, I think wine is allowed, but a corkage fee will apply. Everyone will be encouraged to bring a side dish to accompany the BBQ Pig.
This is an invite for all members families and friends so yes non members are encouraged to come along.
if we can get 50 people that will work out at a cost of $60 per head.
